Returning to My Clinical Roots
After building OpenSpace Mindfulness over two decades, I’m excited to share that I’ve also opened a clinical therapy practice in Washington – Rooted Path Therapy.
This expansion feels like a natural homecoming. My background has always been deeply steeped in therapeutic work, having earned my MSW with a focus on clinical practice and previously served as a therapist. With Rooted Path Therapy, I can now offer more direct clinical support for people navigating things like depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions alongside the coaching and mindfulness work that continues here at OpenSpace Mindfulness.
My therapy practice is rooted in the understanding that we are more than just bodies passing through this world. We are each experiencing a whole human adventure, with all its mess and beauty—profound beings with innate wisdom navigating life’s complexities. I bring a holistic approach, blending talk therapy modalities with mindfulness, somatic awareness, and contemplative practices, creating space where people can heal and flourish in ways that bring genuine meaning and wholeness to their lives.
I’m working with adults navigating life transitions, anxiety and depression, as well as leaders and founders facing the emotional challenges of executive life. I’m currently welcoming new clients for telehealth throughout Washington state, with in-person sessions planned for Vancouver, WA in the near future.
If this resonates with you or someone you know, I’d love for you to explore Rooted Path Therapy HERE. It feels deeply satisfying to offer this fuller range of support to people on their healing journeys.
