Living and working in a pandemic has, among other things, inspired me to ask why do I really do the work that I do? What feels most meaningful and relevant? How do I enjoy connecting with people?
After months of such inquiries I was moved to shift a few things in my professional practice and, in turn, update my website. Visually it’s a bit brighter and lighter. Hopefully you’ll also find it to be more informative and engaging. I invite you to check it out!
The home page is a great landing spot to learn about new resources and offerings. My coaching page unpacks, with greater nuance, how coaching works and for whom it may benefit. The classes page still features ongoing offerings for individuals, as well as a dedicated area for organizations. In the latter section you’ll also find links to three programs specifically designed for teams, institutions and other organizations: Guided by Nature, Healing Compassion Fatigue and Relax and Restore with Yoga Nidra.
I have two new pages that expand on the core modalities woven throughout my coaching and teaching: mindfulness and self-compassion. I’ve also added an about page that shares more of my story and background.
