Last month I went on silent retreat in the outskirts of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Most of our time (practice, meals…) was spent outdoors, welcoming fall in a deeply intimate manner.
Inspired by this time just being with the subtle nuances of nature, I created a meditation for 8 Limbs Yoga Centers. Below is an audio recording link of that mediation, about twelve minutes in length.
