I was recently interviewed for a series of short videos about the realities, and very personal nature, of a mindfulness meditation practice. These shorts are part of a larger campaign featuring an amazing and diverse group of folks from around the country, produced by Aioga. Aioga is an organization dedicated to challenging myths and breaking barriers to practices like meditation and yoga. Personally, I’m so excited and inspired by this project!
In this brief video I talk about what can happen when we allow a metta (aka loving kindness) practice to mingle with mindfulness meditation. I’ll be unpacking more of these videos over time.
