“Relax and touch the limitless space of the heart.” – Pema Chödrön
Presence is often understood in wisdom traditions as a form of radiant space; a luminous place for meeting life with care. It’s also recognized as a skillful way of being – we can give rise to our own presence through pairing deep listening with embodied and compassionate awareness. Thich Nhat Hanh goes so far as to describe presence as, “the most precious gift we can offer others.”
Join Tracy and Ashley as they weave together yoga, mindfulness and time in nature to support relaxing into your boundless presence. Softening within can be a powerful and direct way to experience being, while gently giving rise to well-being. The aim of this immersive retreat is to allow for deep replenishment, and the felt-sense experience of heart wisdom. Emphasis will be given to kindness, generosity of attention, and restfulness as tools for cultivating the gifts of spacious presence.
Practices throughout the four days will include asana (active & restoratives), pranayama, meditation (walking & sitting), reflective discussions & journaling, as well as periods of noble silence. There will also be ample free time to enjoy the tranquil retreat grounds, on-site amenities and surrounding areas.

Coastal Mountain Sport Haus is a family run boutique inn and farm nestled along the Nehalem River in Oregon’s Coastal Range. The historically significant property has a long history of sustainable farming practices. The inn, established in 2009 and inspired by Italian agritourism, was designed to allow guests to experience a seamless transition from the outdoors to the indoors, while minimizing impact on the environment. It’s located along a scenic stretch of highway about three and a half hours from Seattle, and about 75 minutes from both Portland and the Oregon coast. It’s also a short drive to numerous hiking and biking trails, and the charming town of Vernonia. (Click here for driving directions.)
