Live Radiantly melds the tailored guidance and inspiration of 1:1 coaching with the enhanced support, connection and learning generated through group work. It reflects the experience, knowledge and practical tools I’ve learned, developed and shared over the past 12 years of successfully coaching individuals and organizations. It also features offerings that draw on my extensive studies and practice in mindfulness and nature meditation.

Yoga Nidra

The practice of Yoga Nidra offers an effective and sweet way to bring kindness to our nervous system while tapping into our body’s innate capacity to self-heal and restore. Through a process of supported and guided relaxation we’ll release accumulated tension (physical, emotional and spiritual.) In doing so, we’ll cultivate the state of Yoga Nidra, a state of consciousness that allows us to rest in beneficial theta brain waves. This both activates our body’s natural healing capacities and allows us direct access to our creative and compassion-filled inner wisdom. All warmly welcome, no prior experience needed. (Click here for suggestions on props and set-up.) 

Tuesdays, 5:30 – 6:30pm PST, online. Drop-In ($15) or sliding scale Membership ($15-$36-$60/month.) Note: Yoga Nidra Memberships include access to all livestream Yoga Nidra classes + the Community Library featuring guided meditations and other resources. If you need to pay a different rate, or simply could benefit from a free class, please email me.
